The Degree
Bradley’s Department of Psychology offers an undergraduate curriculum leading to a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. The purpose of the program is to provide students with a basic understanding of human behavior through the study of covert and overt behavior in humans and animals. The study of psychology encompasses physiological, cognitive, and societal influences on behavior and how these influences interact with one another. Learning, memory, neurology, perception, and reasoning are investigated as they relate to the behavior of the individual and groups. Psychology is studied in both the classroom and the laboratory setting.
