Students who have previously been admitted to a degree program and have attended classes at Bradley should complete this simplified application for readmission.
After filling out the application for readmission, complete the following items:
- Return the one-page application to the Bradley
University Admissions Office, 1501 West Bradley Avenue, Peoria,
IL 61625 or FAX to 309-677-2797
- If you have course work at another institution
since attending Bradley University, please request that an
official transcript be sent directly to the Office of Admissions as soon
as it is available. The readmission process might be delayed
if transcripts are not received.
- Any outstanding fines, fees, or other holds must be satisfied before your application will be considered.
